Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about this service, use our contact form with your domain name and the details of your complaint. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.
Renewal and expiry policy
At least one renewal reminder is sent by email to the registrant contact on file, no less than 30 days before a domain’s expiry date. This registrar operates an auto-delete policy for expired domains (as opposed to auto-renew): unrenewed domains are not automatically renewed or billed, and instead are subject to Nominet’s standard expiry/suspension/redemption process.
