Customer service
We acknowledge all customer communications — general enquiries, support requests, and complaints alike — within 3 working days of receipt, via our contact form. Most issues are resolved within 5 working days of acknowledgement; where an issue takes longer, we will keep you updated on progress.

Reporting domain abuse
If you believe a domain registered through this service is being used for phishing, malware, or other abusive activity, report it to abuse@abt.me, or via our contact form. This inbox is checked regularly, and reports are acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt.
Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about this service, use our contact form with your domain name and the details of your complaint. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you can escalate it directly to Nominet via their own complaints process.
Renewal and expiry policy
At least one renewal reminder is sent by email to the registrant contact on file, no less than 30 days before a domain’s expiry date. This registrar operates an auto-delete policy for expired domains (as opposed to auto-renew): unrenewed domains are not automatically renewed or billed, and instead are subject to Nominet’s standard expiry/suspension/redemption process.
Transferring away or cancelling
If you wish to transfer a domain registered through this service to another registrar, or cancel your registration with us, there is no charge. We will process outbound transfer requests promptly and will not obstruct or delay a registrant’s request to move to a new registrar.
