These terms apply to domain registration services provided through abt.me.
1. About us
This service is provided by Andrew Turnbull, trading as abt.me, a Nominet registrar (tag: ABTME), of Copley Dene, 82 Victoria Road, Elland, HX5 0QF, United Kingdom. Contact: our contact form, 01422 893490.
2. The service
We register and renew .uk domain names on your behalf via Nominet, the UK’s domain registry. See Domain Registration for current pricing.
3. Payment
Registration and renewal fees are payable in advance. A domain will not be registered or renewed until payment is received in full.
4. Renewals and expiry
You are responsible for keeping your registrant contact details up to date so that renewal reminders reach you. We send at least one reminder no less than 30 days before expiry. This registrar operates an auto-delete policy for expired domains, under Nominet’s .UK Standardisation registrar options: if a domain is not renewed by its expiry date, it is not automatically renewed or billed. Instead it may be suspended or enter Nominet’s redemption process, and may become unavailable for re-registration.
5. Transfers
Inbound transfers of existing .uk domains to this registrar are free of charge. We will only process a transfer with the explicit consent of the current registrant.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a pending registration at any time before it is submitted to Nominet for a full refund. Once a domain has been successfully registered or renewed, fees are non-refundable, as the registration service is performed in full at the point of registration.
7. Registrant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the registrant details you provide, in line with Nominet’s Data Quality Policy, and for the lawful use of any domain registered through this service.
8. Our liability
We will take reasonable care in providing this service but are not liable for losses arising from Nominet system outages, DNS issues outside our control, or a registrant’s failure to keep contact details current.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Registering a .uk domain also means agreeing to Nominet’s Terms and Conditions for Registrants.
